FAQ

Good to know before
you visit us.

Everything you need to know about dropping off a fixture, getting an estimate, and what to expect from the repair process.

Visits & drop-off

We are a drop-off service only. Please bring your fixture directly to our shop — we do not offer pickup or delivery at this time.
Just give us a call to schedule your drop-off. We'll find a convenient time and make sure we're ready for your piece when you arrive.
We ask that you call ahead to schedule. This ensures we have time set aside for your fixture and can give it the attention it deserves when you arrive.
Bring the fixture itself along with any loose parts — shades, crystals, chains, canopies, or hardware that belongs to it. The more complete the piece, the better we can assess and restore it.

Estimates & pricing

Yes, completely free. We assess your fixture and provide a full cost breakdown before any work begins — no hidden fees, no obligation.
Not at all. The estimate comes with no commitment. If you decide not to proceed, you're welcome to take your fixture back — no questions asked.
After assessing your fixture, our head technician will call you personally to walk through exactly what's needed and what it will cost. No repair work begins until you've approved it.

Turnaround & repairs

Most repairs have an estimated turnaround of 2 business days. More complex restorations may take longer — our head technician will give you a realistic timeline when they call to discuss the repair.
We repair table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces, antique and vintage fixtures, and chandeliers of all sizes. If you're unsure whether we can help with your piece, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Yes — antique and vintage repair is one of our specialties. With 25+ years of experience and UL certification, we know how to work carefully with older pieces, preserving original materials and character wherever possible.
Yes. Every repair is performed by a UL certified technician and meets current electrical safety standards. We test every fixture before it leaves our shop.
